Drum & bass is clearly having a "moment" right now in the US. Many bass music fans are beginning to appreciate the sound either more deeply or for the first time. Although certain styles of DnB are receiving heavy attention, newer listeners may be less familiar with important sub-styles of drum and bass as well as artists and songs stemming from the more raw and visceral end of the spectrum — much of which is connected to the genre's important jungle roots. This stunning 1-hour DnB journey mix from New York-based DJ McNulty is a showcase of this raw sound that says to the new enthusiast: "Okay, so you enjoy drum and bass now? Then try this."
