Siamese Records continues to support creative ideas with one of its most ambitious releases to date, bringing together the talents of Siamese regular Marino Canal and US-based producer Kotiēr for Shadow. 

In this collaboration, the duo has reimagined the classic track I Never Thought I'd See the Day from Sade's 1988 album Stronger Than Pride, a record celebrated for its soulful depth and distinctive sound that remains timeless even decades later. Together, they approach this adaptation with a profound respect for Sade's artistry, breathing new life into the track while preserving the melancholy and intimacy that define the original. Their adaptation doesn't just aim to replicate; it reshapes Sade's iconic sound within a modern electronic framework, merging downtempo textures, intricate layering and a meticulously crafted sonic landscape. 

Released on Siamese Records on November 29th, this track highlights the labels commitment to unique, genre-crossing productions that pay homage to musical heritage while driving electronic music into new, unexplored territories.
