"Building Blocks" is a recollection of my childhood. Many kids, including myself, would build amazing contraptions using Legos. I thought that a couple of my builds were so cool that I created YouTube videos showcasing these creations. The first of these builds was a skee-ball machine.

On a day last spring, I had one of the best days of my life. It was full of good friends, new experiences, ample energy, and vivid memories. Even though all good things come to an end, I truly wanted this day to last forever.

This track is about a time not too long ago where I found myself in a very deep slump. I pretty much felt empty, but like, that's okay because I learned a lot about myself during this time. The high-end melodic runs in this one show my desire to snap out of that hollow feeling.

Recently, I found myself heading in a direction, mainly relating to education, where I didn't think I would be happy in the future. I decided to search for a better answer and found where I think I belong. Never be afraid to slam down and do what is right for yourself.

So, imagine the journey you went through in the last track, but this time it's more chilled out. That's basically what this track is. Super chill, fluffy drums, dreamy synths.... Yes please!
