I was going through a time where I was working little hours, I hated my job, and I was feeling sorry for myself. One day I got tired of feeling like I was standing in the same place (which happens like every 6 months or so lol) So I had to get to a new bag which is why I say "...that money be my locus" and locus means a particular point or center. I was going through it with my mental health. I was always so angry and miserable and it showed in my relationships (friendships and intimate ones). So that's when I started rapping to release that aggression and anger. With that being said I found this beat on youtube and I couldn't wait to write to it because my favorite rapper did a song to it. Ironically, I didn't hear his version of the song before I made my version of it. SO I hope yall enjoy !
