Darcy's Letter Orchestral Rearrangement Pitch

A cover of Overture from Tron Legacy, by Daft Punk. 
I'm all new to this and learning - I made this about a month ago and I've already learned a few things since then. It is what it is. Especially the percussion hit at 1:16 was mostly a stand in until I found something else, but then I stopped working on it. Consider it incomplete! :D

Overture, Tron Legacy

This is an idea! 
With time, it will form a song! 

Right now, I'm playing around with sounds from the Silk library from Sounds Online. Playing around, trying to capture a sound, a melody, a theme and a form. Right now, I'm settled on some solo flute intro, which goes into the whole Erhu part with drums and various guitarish string instruments playing very sudden and explosive chords.

It's not original at all. The drum beat is so Western movie like, and the melody is really simple. But it's fun. Stay tuned for the next version of the song! Make sure to hear how it all started:
