DJ Lux Luker is a Music Producer, Musician, Artist & Mobile DJ and has had a passion for music since he was very young, starting with pop music and progressing into a love for music of all genres. From dance lessons to avid music listening and music classes, Lucas has indulged in every aspect of music he can encounter. He started DJ'ing weddings in Kelowna in 2014, after training with a local DJ company, and soon began to perform for school graduations, sports games and corporate events. Lucas studied Audio Engineering & Music Production at the Okanagan College in Kelowna to get more knowledge with the industry and plans to play at as many raves, festivals, house parties, weddings, staff and school events as much as possible.

In between his DJ gigs, Lucas writes music and creates mixes and mashups whenever possible. His dream is to eventually travel the world while on tours to show his enthusiasm and creativity as well as make a difference for the better. "I've always loved music in all forms ever since I was old enough to understand the importance of it." Lucas hopes to change lives for the better through sharing his passion for music and always intends to keep the dance floor packed!

Career highlights to date include Yacht club gigs where he can indulge his love of rock and country, as well as playing for the Okanagan Sun Football team at the Apple Bowl because of how much of a challenge it was to play for 3 different crowds at one time or another with all sorts of genres. Including multiple weddings and other events, Lux is getting all sorts of coverage in the field.

Lucas welcomes requests, knowing the happiness people feel when they hear their favourite song - whatever it takes to keep every guest having the greatest time possible, everytime. Whether it's a compliment received after a football game he performed at - "I don't know if I like the game or your music better!" - or when he sees a group of friends at a wedding getting excited that he played a song they requested, the feeling of making other people happy while doing something he loves is one of Lucas' favourite feelings ever.
