About Flemming Dalum : 
Known as "King of the cut", in  1983, Flemming stumbled across Koto "Chinese Revenge", a discovery that should soon lead Flemming into a brave new world matching his own, with synths and electronics being the heart of the music. The passion became strong and shortly after the Koto discovery, brought him to his first trip to Milan, Il Discotto, Discomagic, Non-Stop, Merak etc. to investigate the Italo phenomenon in detail. The following years Flemming visited the Italian distributors 11 times which later proves to be one of the major reasons to the fact that he has one of the worlds most complete collections of Italo and Disco.

The intrepid duo formed by none other than DJ Rocca (SXDNS021) and Aimes gathered a true dream team of collaborators for their second appearance on the mighty Bordello A Parigi: “Racing 3000”, an eight-original fast & furious album featuring Fred Ventura (SXDNS106 as Italoconnection), Hard Ton (SXDNS176 as Wawashi Deejay), and Francesca Bono, who brought their distinguishable voices to the release to raise its octane and turbo things up.

Premiered here, the stunning “Step By Step”, with its “emotion-injected words” delivered through the beautiful voice of Hard Ton, is a pure-blood Italo Disco cut with all the perks of the genre: A throbbing bassline, beautiful arpeggiated synth layers, joyful leads, and upbeat lyrics, coming seamlessly together to bring to life a classy and invigorating theme.
