Welcome to INTENTIONAL! This is the first of this new mix series which will include all of my favorite live recorded sets. Inspiration for the series name and ethos was born from the intention bracelets that I gift to friends & fans (the luzi community) that has connected us in so many ways the past two years.

This first installment is from my closing set at Superior Ingredients Roof in NYC hosted by Gray Area where I closed out for Gioli & Assia on their tour.

This month my intention is to immerse myself in awe and focus on my breath. I had a really hard month, and through that I’ve reignited my joy and awe and I intend to relish in that, now that I’ve processed my hard emotions and situations I went through.

This month my intention is to let go what isn't for me or isn't actively showing up and pursuing me. I learned this lesson loud and clear at Burning Man last month and it's served me wholeheartedly the last few weeks. By going with the current of life and showing up as my authentic self, what is meant for me will continue to flow to me.

This month my intention is to slow down in the way I move, speak, and go about my days. It's been pivotal in order to optimize my nervous system, my health, my joy in life and even in productivity to take my time and particularly really plug into my intuition and feelings. It's so easy to get caught up in the go-go-go of life; slowing down is truly a superpower that I've cultivated and is a daily practice, and taking a month where it's the one priority feels just right, especially as I dive into end of year reflections...
