This is a mix of two different sounds I listened separately. I thought the effect could be amazing, as I felt it like that on my body and mind. As you can see, I used a very basic tool for the mix. Why this? 

The 174 Hz Solfeggio frequency music can help relieve pain. Solfeggio music is often used for relieving pain, enhancing meditation’s concentration, relieving stress, mind exercise, and yoga practice. That’s why it is being called healing music as well. Our nature has its own harmony and waves, which is roaming around the whole atmosphere.

On the other hand, whales music consists of a series of sounds lasting a second or two followed by silences just a little bit longer. Their mysterious and beautiful chants have always fascinated the human being. They make sounds to communicate and locate other whales. It reminds us of the importance of raising our voices and transmitting a message, of finding our own and connecting with them. It's about talking from the heart. The memory of origin and fidelity to those we love become pillars of existence.
Being water its medium, the whale directly links us to intuition and the root of our emotions. To find out your own truth and purpose, you just have to connect with silence. Meditate and listen to your heart to begin to understand.

The sounds of nature have a cathartic power in our organism. It's like a return to our origins, an escape route, a channel that focuses and frees us at the same time.
