This collaboration seeks to make a positive impact through the universal language of music, amplifying the voices of those facing restrictions in Iran. Given the challenges and restrictions on direct financial support in Iran, this partnership aims to provide much-needed aid via FEMENA.

198319831983's EBM-ish take on a cult Yugoslavian 80s post industrial track.

The new Kri record goes back to the buzzing 1980s in Yugoslavia, where numerous art projects, including bands such as Laibach, were testing the censorship and unity of the Communist Party. One such project was a punk and later post-punk/industrial band called O! Kult which took a hard stance against bureaucracy, technocracy and alienation. Their test was successful as it brought censorship and surveillance by the state and media authorities.

O! Kult’s late industrial-ish period started in the second half of the 80s after Brane Zorman experienced the British Summer of Love firsthand. The track Zvestoba (Loyalty) has never been officially released until now. Kri Records are bringing the track to life after digging it out of the cult Radio Študent archives.

The track and its mystical vibe have been reimagined by Silent Servant, Christian Kroupa (1/2 of Black Dot) and 198319831983, adding fresh EBM, electro and melancholic techno edge to the record.

Italian DJ and producer Chris Shape is no stranger to making techno, having been among the founding fathers of the italian techno/rave scene. His EP Eat The Bankers is his first project in over 5 years and his first release as a solo artist. “Eat The Bankers“ takes the listener on a journey into a dark and sinister soundscape reminiscent of 90s electro jams. The eponymous first track of the EP sets the tone with dark, spacey synths and slowly builds to a climax. The second track, Shidevari, is another eerie, synth infused electro banger.  The EP’s third and final track is a slowburning techno belter for the dancefloor. The track continues the EP’s overall sinister mood, with dark, pulsating synths and aggressive, raucous percussion.

Eat The Bankers is set to release on vinyl and digital via International Gigolo Records.

I am breathing electronic music since late 70s and that's over 45 years now. From Kraftwerk, Jean Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Yazoo, Alphaville, Men without Hats, Nitzer Ebb, Die Krupps, Front 242, Anne Clark, Camouflage, Gary Numan, OMD, Apopytygma Berzerk and even the Commodore 64 demo & break dance scene to more contemporary Electronic music artists, I witnessed the evolution of Electronic music, which basically means I am an old fart and consider myself an authority in this music genre 😵 Currently I listen DnB almost exclusively. But I do not like to restrict myself at all, enjoying flavors like Electronica, Trance, Psytrance, Tech House, Dubstep, Deep House, Future Pop, Trap, Techno, UK Bass and of course EBM/Industrial as well.

What you will find in my likes and playlists is the top of the crop in Electronic Music, I will  absolutely not list any bullshit. A track I have not listed might be just that: Bullshit, just mediocre or an artistic gem which I haven't discovered yet.

Lvcerate specializes in eccentric experiences, leaning into the darker corners of the dancefloor sound. His minimalistic approach is anchored in a pervasive acidic touch, EBM motifs, edgy drums and avant-garde flair.
He aims to convey introspective narratives while fostering a subtle connection with electronic music.

Starting as a drummer in various post-punk and punk bands, his embrace of genres like industrial, electro, new beat, techno, dark disco, italo and new wave led him to begin producing electronica.

He has been part of such lineups as Black! Factory Festival, Strichka Festival, Closer, Stezhka, Community Café, Veselka, BRUKXT, Laboratorium, Otel’, Arsenal XXII, HVLV and others.

Valera also hosts the program "Cultivating Discipline" on @faderadio, which focuses on 80s-inspired noir music, initially emphasizing the Ukrainian scene
