Over the last thirteen years, Fuselab has been responsible for the most cutting-edge touchstones between the deeply textured soundpieces and dancefloor-friendly offshoots in the releases of AL-90, X.Y.R., Broosnica, Computer Graphics, FMSAO, et al. With an enthusiastic agenda in search of new and unique talents, Fuselab is full of passion to present the new generations of sonic mavericks in the latest label overview "Summer Trips". Spinning with artists who cut their teeth in the imprint output for more than a decade, a mammoth 23-track feast covering every shade of the label spectrum.

In true Fueslab fashion, "Summer Trips" realign our senses of time and tempo, swaying from dayglo hypnagogia to nocturnal ambiance with a blissful touch of summer days. Lovely curated by Ludmila Severtseva, the idea of the compilation started from the forest floor of Fuselab residency at the Signal festival and expanded the horizons across multiple time zones and genre limits. As we can see, the summer was different for everyone, but how could it be otherwise: the geography is wide. But winter is close, so let the pleasant summer evenings surround you.

Christoph de Babalon is a German drone ambient and breaks producer - and we are TOTALLY obsessed with his sound at Houndstooth.

He re-released his 1997 album 'If You’re Into It, I’m Out of It' again this year (re-mastered) and its sparked a massive interest in his sound .. this was a time Roni Size won the Mercury and Christoph released a genre defying drone ambient jungle album .. but not many people knew about it at the time.

This piece of music is totally brand new – the same as all the other tracks on the IDDK comp 'In Death's Dream Kingdom' compilation we released back in January.

Christoph was very keen to be part of the project – so we decided to release the compilation on vinyl and have his interpretation as the vinyl bonus track !

“In short, the cream of leftfield electronic talent have been given a brief: to take the phrase “in Death's dream kingdom”, or the whole of TS Elliot's poem The Hollow Men from which it comes, as inspiration.”

‘Descend’, the new work of modificatory project Lovozero, encapsulates Anastasia Tolchneva’s sound setting of cross-disciplinary performance of the same name, passed during the first TKANI session in Mutabor, Moscow's most spectacular underground music venue. By the guidance of Anastasia, Maria Kharitonova and Anna Kravchenko performers tried to reverberate the processes of genesis, growth and dissolution of various structures in human body during the event. The capture of inevitable fluidity was the main aim of the whole act; the reaching of urgent kinæsthetic freedom that creates a proper possibility for reversing of linkage between impulse and motion.

And apart from industrial multileveled interior of Mutabor and various objects of complex nature (silicon, concrete, aluminum) within it and the dancers’ bodies floating in their presence, it was Lovozero’s sound had been calibrating the sentiment right and righteously. (A)synchronous and (a)symmetric pulses, muted murmuring and lowercase crackles were the same parts of derived (un)certainity, as inclusive presence of spectators and strain of happened movements did. Now this splash of noise and tune is accessible for everybody – and everybody could test his own knuckles and fibers in the same measure that occurred that evening.
