This is the most personal song I've ever written; it is about my symptoms of psychosis (mainly hearing voices) which I use the metaphor of "ghosts" to convey. It discusses how having schizoaffective disorder has made me feel "unlovable" and unsure I could ever be in a relationship. 
I am focused on bringing light to lesser talked about mental illness' and being a voice for those who hear voices.
The happy ending to this story is that one month after writing it I met the love of my life -Emily- who has helped greatly throughout the process of releasing this song.

Ghosts

This was a piece I wrote for my GCSE music entirely played on one acoustic guitar. 
The piece means a lot to me as it was written at a very dark period of my life, just before my depression got really bad. However, at the time I still found enjoyment and an escape through music, which is why the piece is called "Silver Linings"; music was my silver lining.
