SAMMER is a Bulgarian born DJ living between Ibiza and Mexico. Inspired by Afterlife and obsessed with the world of melancholy , her music takes us on journeys between time , space and mind.

Her most remarkable appearance is her gig at the Motel room for Afterlife By Tale of us , both  hosted in Privilege and Hi Ibiza (Motel 8289), Shortly after she gained notoriety by major djs in the industry.  She soon started playing around the island with residency in Sunset Ashram,Europe and Latin America followed with cities like Milan, Istanbul, London, Mexico City & Tulum.

As her Mexican tour was postponed this year, she recorded this beautiful melodic jungle set that includes some new tracks and some old tunes, reminded of the beautiful Tulum magic. A joyful dance availed in fog of melancholy.

In May last year I was invited as one of the acts alongside my friends Chambord and Made in TLV to the Xamanic Journey in Basilicata, Italy, where I was asked to lead the ‘Friday Night Boogie Extravaganza’ in the stunning Castello di San Basilio. This was an absolutely unforgettable weekend with music, friendship, Italian food and - of course - mezcal!

I wanted to wait to share this set, mainly because I had been given some unreleased gems I couldn’t post online yet but also because I felt like the set ended up way more eclectic than what I normally play. It was the first night of the weekend, after a long dinner in the castle followed by the acoustic performance of Slim & The Beast. When the band finished playing, around midnight, the guests - who had come from all over the world - were more than ready rave but we also had to close at 3 am. For this reason, there wasn’t time to do a long build up and instead I went straight into an eclectic mix of all my favourite old and new dance tunes.

What a fun night in this epic Tribeca loft. After killer sets from @karlimusik and @carmeldj I had the pleasure to close the night with my current favorite bangers. A night that required maybe a touch more indie and melodic tracks due to the acoustic of the wood beamed magnificent room. It was surely one for the books with an energy i had not felt playing in a long time, with sweaty dancing souls all round the booth and an incredible energy on the dancefloor. Lydgen is a multi-talented musician who combines live singing with electronic music. She started playing violin in the age of 5 and professionalized herself by studying music. With this background in classical violin, singing and piano, Lydgen adds a unique touch to her Sets, incorporating live vocals that elevates the sound on a higher, more sophisticated level.
Her DJ-Sound is very diverse, ranging from organic house and melodic house, to melodic and progressive techno, sometimes even psy-trance. Her Sets are always a musical journey, and on stage she creates a high energy level. With her voice and dynamic presence she channels a spiritual essence through her music.

Lydgen started DJing in 2022, making her debut at Afrikaburn. Since then, she has performed at numerous events, including ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event), Burning Man and Skyland Festival (SA).
Her passion for composing unique melodies has led her to produce exquisite songs, which will be released this year on her label NASAJA. She has also lent her voice to several Seth Schwarz tracks such as „Nasaja“, „Cloud Nine“ and „Create the Universe“, which have been released on remarkable labels like Labo T., Abracadabra and All day I dream.
