Lydia Decourcy - Love Is Everywhere

This is a Christmas Song I did last year which was added on a radio play, see here; https://radionativity.wordpress.com/radio-episodes/ 

Wanted to create a modern song about the real meaning of Christmas. I produced, sang, and composed this song myself with the help of logic and some help from a friend Ayrton Huxtable with editing the lyrics. Maybe a little rough in sound but I hope you like it regardless.

It's All Gone Now

My dream is to become a singer, a performer, a inspiration. Not just for fame or fortune but to be known, to be noticed, to be loved and to make people smile like Michael Jackson did to me. I want to wake up every morning knowing that I made a difference, that I left my footprints on the earth for all to see and when I'm gone I will be remembered always. 

The person that inspired me the most was the singer Michael Jackson. He was a singer, actor, artist, songwriter, dancer, story writer, choreographer, poet, who had a good sense of style. He was beautiful, caring, a great humanitarian. He was so many things to so many people but to me he was a inspiration. When I'm on stage I feel at home like no one can stop me. He, what he does, who he is, inspires me a lot. Michael is my icon, my inspiration.

I like to speak through creative things, that's how I tell people how I'm feeling, through words and pictures. I've always been like that and I can't change that but I will learn to build on it and grow as a person, as a singer because that's what I was born to do, to be. I can't see myself doing or being anything different. I sing songs that I mean, I don't sing it if I don't mean it. 

Dreams are like babies you just have to try and try again, even if you tumble and fall because if you don't you'll never learn how to walk. When one door closes there's always one open around the corner, you just have to be determined enough to find it. Even if it feels to hard, to far away, I believe God doesn't give us anything we can't handle.
