(long arms)(continued) is the auditive continuation of a series of performances and photographic installations by stine sampers, presented each month as a sound and music diary. Poetry and spoken word take on a major role, strong moods, big feelings and field recordings are always near. 

For the occasion of a poetry event at Dennis Tyfus’ De Nor pavilion in the Antwerp Middelheim Museum I wrote a new poem that is half fury, half emancipatory incantation, and had the audience say it with me. I added other voices, a.o. the recently departed and much beloved Alice Notley. On top of that a lot of rain, rage, sisterhood, a peculiar bird, and moody tracks.
