This EVP was captured while walking up the stairs to the upper bedroom in our private home investigation in Culpeper, Va. Listen for the laugh, moan, and then the voice say "Who's your friend?"

DAV #5 EVP Caught in Stairway

This EVP was captured by a stand alone recorder sitting in the main office on the 2nd floor of Avenel Plantation.  This is just one of many that came from this recorder.

Avenel Plantation-"Ready"

This EVP was caught during a spirit box session in the Pink Room at the Avenel Plantation.  Our investigator asks for the flashlight to be turned back on and listen to the great response she got back.

This was captured as one of our team members was walking through the main office on the 2nd floor.

As you listen to this clip, you will here someone picking a guitar in the room.  There is no such guitar available.  This was not heard by any investigators until review.
