Second draft (About 12h in now) and an attempt at mixing - A big thanks to Brian G for helping figure some things out in Ableton; like shaping and sidechaining as well as some helpful input on elements I was missing and things to change. I am trying something (somewhat) melodic in phrygian. Let me know what you think or what I should fix, Thanks! 2/12/22

• 6/20 minor EQ/compression/mix changes/different snare
• 6/21 playing around with the bass - not sure this will stay
• 6/25 An attempt at better mixing. Some new bass variations, rhythmic patterns and melody automations. I am still not totally happy with my bass synth but after 15 hours I'm tired of trying.
• 6/26 further bass revisions. Some filter automation, distortion, upped keytracking, added a saw wave to an oscillator. I think this sounds better.

• 6/18/22 First Draft: Pre Ambient noises. Some EQ/compression. Louder kick? Some other small polishing details and fixes. Mix coming later in the week. 

• 6/22 Trying some ambient sounds, Starting to EQ/Mix/Master - with help. Different riser, +sub, some other drum layering.

• 6/23 attempting parallel compression on kick. More mix/master stuff.
