How crippled we are in terms of love. We only got rewarded with appreciation, when we behaved like we were told to. And so unconditional love is something we are thinking and talking about but honestly, who is able to embody that. I really try, but I also recognise that I am so far away from that, that I really feel ashamed. Besides all the nice words and selfconfirmations, I found out, that it’s still easier for me to like people (I do not even dare to mention love here), when they behave like I want, or when they fulfill my wishes. And unfortunately it’s nearly impossible for me to like people, who trigger me. Seeing and feeling all this lack I ask myself where to start. The way seems so far, that it’s most likely impossible to get there, or even move slowly foreward. The main problem I think is that we can’t love ourselves. If we can't change that, how can we think of loving someone else. So I decided to forgive myself, and love myself for what I am right now and what brought me here, although it seems like nothing to me sometimes. But I think all the programming that took place in my life until now can’t be swept away easily. Maybe it takes the same amount of time to reprogram myself - but let me tell you something - I will move forward, maybe slow, and maybe desperate sometimes, but I gonna change that - there is no greater worth than that I truly believe…..and maybe that’s the only purpose we have here on earth!

What is Cosmic Music Movement

It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything is accepted and welcome! We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off. 

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

If you are able to surrender to all the music that will be presented to you during the Cosmic Music Movement, by tuning into the frequency of people who like it, then you do a perfect training for life. If you can find joy in everything, you are perfectly able to surf the waves of life. Letting go of fear and welcoming trust and love. Remember you are just a shift of perception away from satisfaction, always! See what you have and be thankful for that, so abundance is created in your life instead of lack.

Every time you think you reached a peaceful way of existence life comes for you and teaches you something new. If you think you gonna do this or that in the future and you like it that much that you can’t deal with other scenarios, you can be sure that the universe will generously provide opportunities for you to learn that it’s for sure not you who will decide what your future will look like. Of course you can have an idea how to live your life in peace and for the greatest good of all, but do not make yourself dependent on it. If you do that you will experience that life is not about your free will, it’s about universes will and you better recognize that fast, otherwise you will loose a lot of power, time and nerves until you learned your lesson. It is most important to be able to enjoy life like it is now, like it is everyday, apart from what you wanna create. Stay flexible and always be able to see the beauty in what is right now. If you can’t do that you will suffer! That’s what I did, and now I am thankful for the lesson. Now matter if I will be able to travel again in two, four or six weeks time…..
