Telling tales of an old-west which they have never visited (and doubt ever existed) through the medium of too-loud Americana tinged rock, Lynchburg are often waylaid by feedback, shoegazing, screaming, and silence as they try to carve a rhinestone niche to call their own.

With influences ranging from The Roots to Metallica via a heavy dose of Ryan Adams, Lynchburg are indeed wading strange waters but their sound has been likened to that of Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds and Siouxsie and The Banshees.
