Thanks so much for this.  I as scheduled to attend your class at the Omega Institute this August....I had already bought my sketchbook I was so looking forward to it.  I’m now filling it with Pandemic Memories and will think on neighbours now. Ever grateful. Dawna.

This is the X-page part of the writing exercises I teach.
You'll need paper, pen, and a timer of some sort.
You can use this for autobiographical writing, or you can have a character in one of the stories you are working on answer these questions.  When you finish the questions, write for at least 8 minutes. Add another two minutes to finish up if you need to.
