Lieber Hörer:innen des Resocasts, hier nun eine Fanboy-Story!

Auf dem NoG Festival lernte ich sie lieben. Sie bauten gerade ihr modulares Live-Set auf, als uns am Floor klar wurde, dass die beiden aus einer anders schönen Welt kommen. Ihr buntes Equipment, die Synthesizer und der Discoball (!) deuteten schon an, dass uns gleich Großes bevorsteht. Was dann passierte: Flirren — alle wurden wie Nachtfalter angezogen, ein flimmernder Glanz umgab die Bühne und Bäääm!

Ihr Live-Set ist analog, warm, abwechslungsreich, verspielt, dynamisch, eigensinnig, flüssig, treibend, synthetisch und hypnotisch. Ein durchdachtes und komplexes 97 min Stück, das nicht aufzuhören braucht. 

Wir begrüßten sie damit im letzten Jahr auf dem MSNT und spätestens da wurde aus musikalischer Begeisterung auch eine zwischenmenschliche. Deshalb hier ihr Set vom MSNT für euch als Resocast!

⚡️ Can you share a recent moment when you stepped out of your comfort zone, and what did you learn from it?
- I‘m not a big fan of costumes, just feeling comfortable in my casual clothes and above all playing and standing in front of a dancefloor. But at the last event (it was a costume ball) I had to dress up properly and in the end I kind of enjoyed it getting soaked into the cosmos of the atmosphere there.


⚡️ Which track, set or sound triggers strong memories for you, and what does it remind you of?
- Track: Jay Quentin - Globetrotter
It was Fusion 2016 someday in the morning, after a whole night of dancing and floating around the festival. Of course my whole group got separated, but in the end we all met at Bachstelzen and Mila Stern played a banger set. When I here the bassline kicking in it always remembers me of the feeling to share hugs, smiles and stories with the loved ones and the magical moment to get back together after a festival night.


⚡️ What is your favorite procrastination activity?
- Binging stupid tv shows. At the moment: Weeds! 🫣✌🏼

this set was an experiment that we developed for the FOLIE à DEUX event organised by @caleesi & @sarahkreis from @circlesandstones. it's three hours of our own music combined in a live setting with synthesizers, drum machines and so on. we hope you enjoy this experimental fusion as much as we did! it features a bunch of upcoming unreleased music as well. huge thanks to the lovely crowd, artists and our favourite venue in leipzig <3

Now we're reunited, & I’m back here and now!

The last four weeks have been like a rollercoaster ride….what im saying .,.. the last three years at least!!!. 

First, Nixe called to play the closing, to spent so much time before the show, putting together a completely new live set , brings me back to my old rhythm what I lost 3 years ago after corona. 13 songs and a bunch of new material later, I was finally ready to finish the Liveset a few days ago. 

To keep it short, first problem what I had I needed a new laptop after all….., as the old one is finally entering its well-deserved retirement after 13 years and hundreds of shows!

All at last minute…. its so typical for myself ^^

While traveling to the festival, I had to set up my computer again and finally finished five hours before the show. 

When I stepped into the stage and saw those thousands of faces and felt the energy, my excitement and adrenaline were almost unstoppable. I had what were probably (sorry, Seebühne, for running out of time) the two most intense hours of my musical career. All the joy in your faces, wow!


To give you back some of the good feelings for all those who continued to believe in me over the past two years, or those I upset, it was important to me to explain to you here now. I wasn't doing well at all. I was severely depressed, addicted to drugs, myself was in deep grief without consciousness, I lost the most important person in my life, I miss you every day!!

In this time I traveled to the darkest places of my soul and lived there for a long time, my valley was gray and cold, I have seen and felt things that no one wants to see and feel, the drug is so insidious and temptingly dangerous in combination with a broken soul ! be careful with the K, and all of these points lead to me being on the verge of giving up, with myself and of course musically!

But my little monkey & my big love saved my life and my music. They gave me a new perspective on my life!!
Knowing how to make you happy while Mogli peacefully drifts off to sleep in his dream at the camping space, and we experience two unforgettable hours,
and him being indirectly there and responsible for it, makes me so incredibly happy and proud. 

Thank you, and I also thank my wonderful wife Elisa, without whom none of this would have been possible. I love you.

And last but not least, I have to thank probably the most important people in my environment, my closest friends, and especially my musical soul mate, Ninze, thank you for letting me go first with this booking, I really appreciate that! When our paths crossed, no one could have guessed what would happen next, it wasn't us who found each other, but the music who found us, I'm looking forward to our musical future with you <3 love you

Imagine we could combine all the emotions we had in those two hours
and do even more good with it!

Look out for each other and love each other.

Only in this way can we be stronger than what weakens us!
