Distorted Audio are very pleased to welcome Plymouth’s finest duo Chakhan to the label. The pair have been smashing it with releases recently and for us at Distorted it was a no brainer – we had to get them Involved! The Obsidian EP has been in the works for a while and contains a beautiful blend of both drum and bass and 140, so what’s not to love?  The 2 DnB tracks have the perfect balance of quick drums and gritty basses. The title track – Obsidian – is the lad’s first 140 project and encapsulates perfectly the deep, dark and dirty vibe that they consistently deliver.

Our second War of the Wobs mix comes from Alex B. He is a junglist from Swansea University that is a favourite of the Wob Mob. He has been mixing for just over 2 years and has been shelling as a key part of Swansea Uni DJ Society during his studies. 

Coming from Reading he is sure to supply the goods back home like he does at Uni.
