Desde su infancia en Tbilisi, donde formó parte de varias bandas de rock, hasta su paso por Praga, donde estudió cine y diseño de sonido, Ly Sas ha desarrollado un estilo propio y versátil, que refleja en sus lanzamientos en sellos como Brvtalist Sound Recording o 951Beat.

Ly Sas es también miembro del colectivo ONYX, junto con Arnii y Fractions, y una habitual de la escena electrónica de Tbilisi y de otros países. Sus sesiones de DJ son una muestra de su energía, su variedad y su capacidad de sorprender al público.

For the labels 37th release we welcome Nick Elia and Ly Sas for a joint EP, eight tracks of techno, and two ambient tracks by Nick Elia as intro and outro. Technowise we have, four originals and four remixes, remixes from Henge, Swardz, Jish, and label head Scenedrone. also, two original ambient/experimental techy tracks from Nick Elia, making it 4 originals from the London based DJ, providing lots of variety and skill in his ability, a true audio aficionado, and his talent is on display here with 4 originals, from the eerie "Ghost In The Machine" & "Living Organism" to the banging originals "Elixir" and "Diversion". Ly Sas has come on board with two immense originals in "Vigilance" and "Agony" two very powerful tracks that are sure to go down well in any set, and on remix duties for her two tracks are Variance regular Henge, and Dublin based Jish has connected with label head Scenedrone to remix the other, first collab between the two, hopefully its not the last, with results like this, they should keep it going. Also on remix duties from Ly Sas is label regular Swardz, and label head Scenedrone with a solo remix. This LP goes all the way from the sub 100 bpm opener, all the way to Swardz 144 banger, and everything in between, one that can't be missed, we hope you enjoy this quality release. Keep your eyes on all the artists, and of course the label.

Ly Sas - Tears Of The Crow

Ly Sas is Georgian electronic music producer and a dj. She started her musical path from a young age as a guitarist and a songwriter for various bands. Subsequently, she started making and performing beats. Later she moved to Prague due to film studies, where she rapidly became part of the city’s underground scene. 

Throughout the years she has shown that she is an artist with an unstoppable drive, work ethic and particular character. Her music draws upon groovy techno but pulls ambient and synth textures into its orbit too. 

She also plays an important part in ONYX line-ups together with Arnii and Fractions. She has taken part in several VAs such as Deestricted, Brvtalist Sound Recording and has released several EPs, one of them is a collaboration with Ryogo Yamamori on 951Beat. Currently she spends lots of time in the studio, preparing for the upcoming releases.
