Watery Keys

EstroJAM is a collaborative project by Cordula Daus, Marie-Andree Pellerin, and Martina Raponi.
This track was the first jam ever by the three artists, recorded in the Secret Place of Salt, in the Moroccan Sahara, in March 2022.

EstroJAM (first jam)

This composition was one of the four compositions of the project Caoutchouc Dreams.
Caoutchouc Dreams is a sound project initiated by Clemens Mairhofer and Marie-Andrée Pellerin, which tooke place on the Danube on August 26th 2022. The floating sound installation aims to reverse the iconic gramophone scene from the 1982 film Fitzcarraldo directed by Werner Herzog. Set during the 19th century Rubber Boom in the Amazon region, the film scene captures and condenses in a single shot the mentality of the cultural and economic imperialism of the time. The sound compositions created for this project by Peruvian and European-based artists seek to explore from different perspectives the paradox of the "Amazonian dream".
