Apollo proudly presents the ‘All The Keys Are Here’ EP, Sebastian Mullaert’s beguiling debut on the label following collaborations with Mathew Jonson, Eitan Reiter, Aril Brikha and Ulf Eriksson, as well as releases for Hypercolour, Drumcode, Mule Musiq and Kontra Musik. 
While most well-known historically for his widescreen melodic techno as one half of Minilogue, Mullaert’s compositions for ‘All The Keys Are Here’ draw on a lusher, more organic palette of sounds, thrumming with intimate inner vibrations. Originating from piano based improvisations, these four musical excursions embrace simplicity through repetition and sparse arrangements that make for an ecstatic, enveloping listening experience.

Sebastian’s studio sessions and live performances take influence from his Zen spiritual practices and meditative techniques, with inspiration provided by the serenity and simplicity of the forest close to his home studio in the majestic Röstånga woods (next to Söderåsen National park)

Sebastian's strong desire to explore new sonic territories is rooted in his background as a classical violinist and pianist, which he had set aside to explore the deep and meditative potentialities of the dance-floor / techno music. 

A recent highlight of this evolution was his 2016 live collaboration with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich in Switzerland (known for their boundary pushing work on bridging the divide between classical and electronic). As part of this memorable event, a number of Mullaert's tracks were orchestrated and reinterpreted for a six-piece chamber group, (harp, piano, violin, cello, clarinet and French horn). Indeed two of the tracks featured on ‘All The Keys Are Here’; “Every Moment I Am” and “Earth Blossom” were part of the concert repertoire. 

‘All The Keys Are Here's shimmering sonic panoramas perfectly summarise this exciting new chapter in Sebastian Mullaert’s ongoing musical journey and partnership with Apollo.

Sun People debuts on Modern Ruin with the Serenity EP.
Relentless from the get go, we kick off with "Live It Up" - a spirited throwback to 90s junglism,
breaks and reeses galore.
Second track "Cry" plays out like a razor sharp incision into the heart of footwork and jungle. Airy
keys, a stuttering half time rhythm and a sinister midrange make this an eyesdown experience.
"Mechanism" uses gritty synths and stabs in place of airy keys to build a lethal drum track designed
to shake any dancefloor.
"Recall" straddles the footwork and jungle genres comfortably. Percussion occupies the soundscape
as it carries itself to the finish line, a hypnotic bass sequence pulsating throughout.
"Never" is a delightfully minimal contribution from the versatile producer, veering away from the
norm. Serving as an impromptu interlude for title track "Serenity", "Never" focuses on building a
motif around the core groove, leading up to the finale.
"Serenity" comes in at the end of this release, to cap off a stunning selection of music from this
talent. Closer to his original style, Sun People showcases his serene and calm outlook on music,
drawing on well placed percussion, vocals, and a penchant for building beautiful dance music soundscapes.

For its second vinyl release, Eternal Ocean is proud to present ‘Static Flow’: the debut EP of Timo Bürgler AKA Awo Ojiji.  Creating his own unique sonic world, Awo Ojiji has delivered a four track body of work that feels at once fresh and familiar. Opening the EP, ‘Lifeforms’ swings out of left field with an off kilter swagger sure to inspire more than a few unique dancefloor experiences. On the interior comes ‘Grainhive’, a groover that strikes a deep and rare balance of emotive texture and raw bassline energy. Flipping over, we find ‘Laura’s Lodge’, perhaps the most oblique tune of the bunch, where slick and expertly crafted percussion compliments the alien sound design that rides out the tune into its own dimension. Closing the record, ‘Swarm Align’ invites the dancer on a journey inwards, deftly maneuvering through a myriad of sonic waypoints until finally finding its way home, to be filed straight away under ‘Deep/Last Song’. Based in Graz, Austria, and having honed his skills alone and through close involvement with the disko404 family, Awo Ojiji steps up in offerance of a unique and personal statement. Taking influence from the current climate and deep history of electronic music and finding a space that is honest and genuine, this is music for the body, mind and soul.

Apua has been around the Austrian scene for nearly a decade now and favours classic deep house and techno with a little acid sparkle. You can follow his footprints all over Vienna and Graz as well as to his favorite place "Tante Emma Club" where he was hosting nights on regular with well known names from the scene. The people that inspired the evolution of his sounds hail from Mannheim and Frankfurt, his close friends from Traffic and Pager records. Besides the DJ business he also produces music and handled promotion and afterparties for Elevate festival. He’s been crafting beats for over 5 years and the first release was on his own imprint, Kopf Bei Fuss in 2020.. and more to come. 

In the meantime this tasty mix will surely whet your appetite for this bedazzling fella from Vienna.
