But then found a righteous man named Noah

And decided he was good to keep
The rest consigned to the deep

Told him to build an Ark
And take his crew and animals 2 by 2
The Ark will see you all through

And when it was done
God let out the sun
And the earth did dry

And Noah and his family
Opened the door and let out a sigh
We have much work to do
We have to repopulate
And bring the new

To try again
And follow the ways
And bring forth righteousness
And spiritual days

But once again
We’ve failed
Our morality
Sadly impaled
By our vile, selfish, and clueless ways
Of never our fault
Everyone else pays

And hope for the best
