เพลงที่นำเสนอในเอนทรีย์นี้เป็น “เวอร์ชันเต็ม” 5 นาทีครึ่งครับ ส่วนใน ending ภาพยนตร์เป็นแบบสั้นลงหน่อยคือตัดเนื้อเพลงออก 1 ท่อนเหลือ 4 นาที แต่บรรยากาศของเพลงไม่เปลี่ยนนะครับ เดิมเพลงนี้เป็นเพลงประกอบละคร TV ญี่ปุ่นร้องโดยคุณ Ryoko Moriyama ในปี 1976 คุณฮายาโอะ มิยาซากิ ประทับเพลงนี้มานานแล้วจึงนำมาทำใหม่เป็น theme ภาพยนตร์ Studio Ghibli ปี 2011ส่วนเนื้อหาภาพยนตร์ก็ไม่ใช่ของใหม่ original เช่นกัน แต่เป็นการดัดแปลงจากหนังสือการ์ตูน” ”Kokurikozaka kara” ปี 1980

Tohru is in the kitchen, she's preparing a nice and good ol' cup of tea. The ambient is different, maybe Kobayashi decides to move to another place. Tohru takes the cup and brings it to a wooden door, she knocks but she doesn't wait for an answer. You can see the bed, it is not done, someone woke up and left. The room is kinda dark, but a flourish enters by the window, and there it is, a big chair, Tohru speaks.

- Here's your tea, Miss Kobayashi.

She observes then, there is a hand resting there. The hand is old, the veins can be seen through. 

- Thanks, Tohru. 

An old voice speaks, the person sitting on that chair is an old Kobayashi, looking through the window, maybe thinking, maybe remembering.

This song plays, Tohru puts the cup on a little table next to the chair.
She contemplates, the person she loves, vanishing, slowly, like a candle...
