For some of us, life is not all honey and milk, neither is it hardships all the time. With time, everything changes and each of us have the power to change our own karma for a better tomorrow. We live in a blessed country that believes every living being is a potential Buddha, including the insignificant worm we unwittingly squash. And more so, when we have this precious human life.

We carry with us all the time, in the deepest recesses of our minds, the innate Buddha nature that we just need to awaken to, through our own efforts. Time and again, we have seen sublime teachers and ordinary beings, prove the potential of this power that lies within each of us. 

Life blesses us in different ways, because we suffer and struggle sometimes, it gives us great courage to live and appreciate every breathing moment of our lives. Here is a song I wrote many years ago. To never give up, no matter what, because all we have is this one brief life. And it is truly a blessing and a thing of beauty to be just simply breathing.
