I remember when my lung collapsed;
I went to work the next day.

There was a former nurse, who, when I was younger, indirectly abused me psychologically;

telling me things like "use people"
"why are you taking a vacation? We need you here."

I felt so ashamed to take a vacation or even a week or two;

turns out
she was just shaming me.

I want to genuinely believe there are some good ones there,
but the majority of the ones here use me until I'm dry and ignore me when I'm not usable to them anymore.
