M3NTAL is an east coast MC/lyricist/rapper born in Long Island New York. M3NTAL bounced around to CT and even Hawaii before finding his way back to New York City.  M3NTAL is the Founder of the independent label HENCHMEN RECORDS and has collaborated with artists from all over the world.  M3NTAL is 1/2 of Illadynamix with Dox Black, 1/4 of the Gentlemen ov Harvard with Mic Ripz DKIND and Twang One, and 1/2 of Dr. M3NTAL and Mr. ODD with Oddisc.  M3NTAL has toured with the Bring it Back tour on Warped Tour for the past three summers and has also opened up for artists such as Ludacris, RA the Rugged Man, Clipse, Prince Po, Opio, Sadat X, Blacastan, Apathy, Hell Razah and many more.  M3NTAL is known for his hard rugged lyrical presence and deep voice.  M3NTAL is a self proclaimed "Hip Hop Head and fan of all real shit".
