With almost twenty years of experience in the studio, Andrey Kurokhtin, aka Shine Grooves, has polished his style, which was initially inspired by the sound of Kompakt releases in the early '00s, into wonderful, ever-changing storytelling that covers broad spectrums of Electronic music. During his musical endeavors, Andrey launched three record labels Biotronic and vinyl-only Quadrat Records and Hanagasumi Records. Besides releasing on his imprints, Shine Grooves is a usual suspect on one of our favorite record labels out there, Kimochi Sound.
The mix Andrey prepared for us is made of his original work that is either unreleased or soon to be released on vinyl. It's a mesmerizing fairy tale that is serene, laid back, yet groovy enough to get you moving while enjoying it on one of the rooftops during these hot summer days.
