OHM Series continues to round up some of the best and the brightest within the dub techno scene.
Side A begins with blissful and atmospheric journey by Alessandro Crimi, a Switzerland-based producer who has released on various labels and runs the vinyl-only Waehlscheibe. It‘s a diaphanous ambient dub techno approach textured together with tactical precision. Next we move from the softer side of techno to a more banging one with the French producer Benales. With the assistance of 909‘s and dark dub chord, it‘s impossible not to be intrigued.
The flipside starts with a hot prospect: a debut solo release by a Canadian producer named Lakefkt. It‘s dub-driven and thumping at the same time – a delicate, perfect blend. The legendary Outlaw label owner Matthew Oh wraps up the release with an ethereal dub techno voyage. Dubby chords, graceful pads and nifty drums make this one into something special.
OHM Series is the brainchild of the establised Copenhagen-based techno artist OHM (Bjarnar Jónsson) and was founded in 2021.

Organica001 is the first delivery of the project which corresponds to a 10 tracks compilation with artists from different parts of the globe who were connected purely by organic communication and their mutual vision in topics like sound, life and community; Different locations that give life to a wide variety of compositions fully of sensations and feelings. In addition, Oceanic visual artist Rochelle Maree contributed with her multi-award piece “Weathered”, capturing each texture and detail of the natural spiral in a completely organic painting which translate even trough the screen, every feeling and breath of the ocean itself, giving sense to one of the multiple lectures that the concept Technologia Organica can be interpreted.

From beautiful and natural sound landscapes to obscurity and mental hypnotism, the pieces fits with a variety of emotions, sensations and light for the listener to locate itself in different states of mind trough the journey.

Organica001 will be released in November 18th on all digital platforms; Also a short run of limited edition Cassettes hand numbered in Jewel Case will be available exclusively released via Bandcamp.

Marco Faraone and Norman Methner present UNCAGE009 by Célome, a musical project crafted by Hugo Morin, a new producer born and raised in Lyon, France.

The 12 inch starts with the title track "Violence Was Magnified" followed by Marco Faraone's pounding remix. The B-side opens with the Zenker Brothers remix of 'The Final Experiment' which is the second original on the release.

Célome is perpetually seeking for innovative sounds, and he makes a point of emphasizing sound design thanks to immersive cinematic soundscapes.

Architectural returns to Wolfskuil Records with 4 exceptional cuts on his 'Beautiful Life After Death' twelve inch. Complex sound design and a warm and open atmosphere go hand in hand with the Spanish studio wizzard's sonic world. From lush ambient in the title track, the addictive groove in 'Piedras' to wobbly modular bass excursions in 'Luminous Path' and moody textures from the abyss in 'Gris'. Architectural covers a lot of ground in just 4 tracks. Diverse and coherent at the same time, few artists have such a recognizable sound signature as the Barcelona artist.

“A beautiful woman reclines on a chaise longue. One arm props up her head, and from the other an elasticated toy bird bobs up and down. Her gaze follows the movement of the bird; her luscious lashes fluttering in time with each flap of its papery wings, as though spellbound—only alive and at the mercy of its female master. We are the voyeurs, and just like the bird we are entranced, teased, and utterly powerless. We are her slaves, bound by seductive rhythms beyond our control. We want her, we want to dive deep into her, but we are just her bird, bobbing up and down. Up and down. Up and down on a string.”

For the third edition of M_Rec Ltd’s vinyl-only Grey Series comes a brand new collaboration between Repitch’s Ascion and our own Max_M, as Asma. Inspired by Dutch experimental filmmaker Frans Zwartjes’ 1968 short film of the same name, “Birds” morphs longing and stifling sexual tension into an opus of bold and emotively charged techno. Poignant, lyrical, sensual and at the same time weighty and profoundly compelling, “Birds” is another fine example of the kind of transcendent dance floor material that has come to define the Grey Series offshoot. Sandwell District affiliate Silent Servant follows with a solid neo-vintage remix on the b-side, complete with drum and chord stabs that lift “Birds” out of the basement to wander in haunted house and techno limbo.
