Toolroom Records welcomes London-based duo Tough Love for their debut release on the label, ‘Dreams’, including outstanding remixes by Panda, Audiowhores and Amtrac.

Tough Love are rapidly rising through the ranks of the UK House scene. Their energetic and bass-heavy DJ sets have created a cult following of hardcore fans across London and beyond. Favourites on Radio 1 and London’s Rinse FM, their productions are regularly supported by Pete Tong, B-Traits, MistaJam, Target and more, with respect coming from DJs such as Duke Dumont, Solomun, Amine Edge & DANCE, Kenny Dope, Kolombo and Hannah Wants.

With many successful releases under their belt via their own Get Twisted imprint, Tough Love step up and deliver a sure-fire summer hit with the unforgettable ‘Dreams’. With a nod to the classic Korg M1 and influences of Garage circa ’95 alongside its catchy vocal hook, ‘Dreams’ is set to take hold during this Deep House renaissance.

On the remix tip and with support from Annie Mac, Panda deliver one of their most stand-out remixes to date, building on the uplifting piano sound of the same period, & synonymous with their own sound, they have created a sure fire winner for the summer season.

Jaij Hollands, born Jehieli Afrifa Boateng hails from Amsterdam in the Netherlands and currently resides in South London, United Kingdom. Hollands is a multi-genre recording artist widely known for his rugged vocals on 'Alkayida' type drum patterns. Jaij was first introduced to music in primary school and took music lessons to further develop his musical knowledge.

After working at a various professional studios making beats, Jaij decided to peruse his career as a recording artist and released his first official single and video titled: ‘Everyday Afrobeats’ followed by ‘Wonder’.

Hollands launched his latest single titled 'Pinga' In November 2015, which currently has 286,000 + hits on YouTube. Pinga features UK Based African Music Group NSG, and 3 months on after gaining an extensive amount of reception and support from the single and the energetic dance routines around it, the single particularly drew the attention of Ashaiman (Ghana) born, International artist, performer and 15 time award winning Afrodancehall Act Stonebwoy, the 2015BET Award Winner - Best International Act Africa.

With assistance from KV Online, an Independent Youth Media Platform, Video Production Agency and Talent Promotion Brand based in the United Kingdom, the two parties were able to merge and form the remix.
