i tried to overcome my perfectionism by leaving in loads of mistakes and just living with it, as i'm learning to love the fact that those mistakes are what define your style :D

i wrote this feeling a bit lonely and attention seeking - maybe moreso when i was younger, i would fantasise doing something insane to get a crush's attention - i think some of that emotion was brought through when i was writing! especially 'i cant even say how i feel for you' because for years i would try and do subtle things to be noticed, but confessing my feelings were off the table!!!

hi!!! this song is about my time dating a control freak, and even though they made me depressed, robbed me of identity and left lasting wounds, i still want to heal, have fun and do everything i couldn't before to spite them!!! maybe the chainsaw and the gun is a little dramatic.... hehe. was listening to lots of jpop and eurobeat and that is what inspired the sound! i tried to make a song where it was super 'dance'able lyrics but... this is what i ended up with X)
