For the bells i used AIR Music Tech's "Hybrid 3" -synthesizer,that was included in either 1.7 or 1.8 update for MPC Software. For the Bass i used MPC's own "The Bank"... Just filtered out the higher frequencies and made it "wobble" by messing around with filter cut amount, rate, attack and ramp values.

And the actual presets before any filtering and knob tweaks were "Fatness" for The Bank -workstation and "Trance-ition Pad" for the Hybrid 3. Everything else is samples.
