Summer Melody continues our Intertwines EP series, a monthly showcase of new and upcoming artists in a pair of two, and starting their own fusion towards the label. The second installment includes two different progressive tracks from two artists hailing from Ukraine and France respectively.

It's been a while for us to introduce the melodic progressive community with a brand new name, after ending our Summer Melodies compilation series. We are glad to have Codema to the label with the wonderful track Sundown. An ode to the classic balearic and melodic progressive sounds, the track captures the sunset moment by the coast, with 80s-inspired pad and synths, delicate guitar melodies and trance-blended pluck chords laying across the whole track.

The other side of this release is another label debut, and similar to the artists in the previous installment, jumping between the genres of trance and progressive. Previously been releasing on Sunstate, D.Max, Tecnomind, Redux, Azure, Progressive Vibes, just to name a few, we welcome Nakhiya with the trance-inspired Samoa. Describing the village above water scenery through his layered bassline and flowing melodies, this track provides dreamy vibes yet tribal at the same time.

Summer Melody delivers with a brand new installment of our Intertwines EP series, showcasing new and upcoming artists in a pair of two, and starting their own fusion towards the label. On the other side, we welcome back an artist who has been in a long hiatus, Javii Wind. German mastermind Jan Martin has mentored a whole generation of melodic progressive style and he makes a classy return with his latest offering, 'Hold me down'.
From the slowly building atmosphere of the original with its intricate progressions, exquisite chords work and Jan's own vocals, this is another one for the books in its apparent simplistic beauty, exuding both warmth and melancholic power.
Completing the package are two different remixes from Japan's own Yusuke Teranishi, the first a vocal take on the original and the second his soon-to-be trademark 'Dawning' remix, excellent examples of melodic complexity and sun-drenched vibes, respectively.
