I honestly didn't know what i wanted this to sound like going in, apart from having guitar at the end. In that sense, this went very well~
I'll be remixing a fairly old song for the next boss theme...

Ashes Of Determination ~ Blissful Ignorance

One of the stage 3 bosses, Phoenix.
If anyone remembers my first few songs for EPF Touhou, this was one of them; i decided to remix it instead of actually being creative :y
The other stage 3 boss is Tigger; I'll have to make a seperate theme for her, so that's coming next.

Ambition Engulfed In Flame

Here's the other stage 3 boss, for tigger. It took a while for me to decide what style to do it in, but I went with this so it wouldn't be tooo different from phoenix's theme.
I feel like i've been using piano too often. On the other hand, i should use the Zunpet more.

Light Of The Rain ~ Promised Rainbow

Finally back to Chatanmaku 2 music, this is the stage 4 theme.
I decided to base this song around the title theme - Blessing for Some, Curse of Others - and so I ended up getting to use some Theme of Eastern Story. I hope this didn't make it seem like it was ripping off anything actually from Touhou;

Curse of Love ~ Bridge to the World's End

Stage 4 Boss theme, Love and Neels. I've had this kind of melody in mind for a while, so it didn't take too long to finish this.
I feel like I'm starting to use the zunpets too often; then again, is that really possible?

Eternal Sunset ~ Flooding Desire

Back to Chatanmaku 2 Music Again~
This is the theme for stage 5. It feels a bit calm in some parts, but I think it represents a second-to-last stage fairly well.

A Sky Seen From All Perspectives

Stage 5 Boss theme, Shammy and Hob. This is based on a song Shammyninja used to have up, called something like "something slowly becoming something else" if i remember correctly. 
I feel like this is a bit different from what I usually do, so instrumentation and balance were a bit of a challenge. For some reason, it feels like guitar goes well with sword-users.

Constant Stream Of Adaptation ~ Awakened Courage

Finally on the last stage of chatanmaku 2, so this song is a bit shorter than most stages. I'd have liked to make it a bit slower, but I wanted to have it match the stage; I think this speed suits its intensity better, anyway. If you remember, I made a basic idea-ish version of this song about a year ago; it's changed a lot since then~
Up next is the final boss theme, which should be fun.

Winds Of Change ~ The Ultimate Choice

The final boss theme for Chatanmaku 2~ This is one of my longer songs, and pretty much the largest filesize-wise. It's actually a remix of an earlier song I made, because the boss is the same person. It's nice to be self-indulgent, sometimes~

Forbidden Leaves Of Fate ~ Illusion Of Sanity

The ending theme for Chatanmaku 2. I promise I'm not doing all these remakes because I'm lazy;; This is one of those things I had planned from the start. The melody from the title song shows up three different times in the game, and each one feels different. I'm pretty happy that I'm able to make that kind of effect~

This song is for the staff roll for Chatanmaku 2. It's an arrangement of the stage 6 theme; at first it's a lot more energetic, but it calms down to give more of a sense of resolution. I still have the extra stage and its themes to work on, but it feels good to know I've come this far~

Those Who Dream Of Change ~ Opulent Dream

At last, the extra stage theme for Chatanmaku 2. I believe I started working on this nearly two years ago, but at some point I promised myself that I wouldn't upload anything else until I actually finished this...
Looking through the other Chatanmaku 2 songs I'm starting to notice that my style has changed a bit. This is only a bit longer than the stage 4 theme, but I feel that it's a bit less serious and more energetic, which I think is good for an extra stage. It also borrows a bit from the themes of the mid-bosses.

Flight Through The Open Heavens ~ Ambitious Promise

The last song in the Chatanmaku 2 soundtrack, the extra boss theme for Emerald~ I've had the idea for this song for a long time, so it feels good to finally somewhat be able to do it justice. I feel like it's almost too strong at points, but it's meant to be a really strong theme for a really hard fight (if I ever go back to make it).

Green Sky At Morning ~ Overwhelming Possession Storm

As Chatanmaku 2 is starting to get somewhere, it's time to make music for it~

This is the title theme; I like it much better than the first one. The loop is a bit rough, but I tried;;

I think what happened is that I tried to make it sound like you were on some sort of adventure, but it ended up as the middle of one rather than the start. It shouldn't be too bad, though.

i've been looking for a touhou soundfont for so long and i've finally found one, i'm so happy
Anyway, the mix the between my instruments and the soundfont's sounds kinda strange to me at times, but i'm pretty content with this.
