Content creation is already a whole lot. However, when you struggle with a disability - oftentimes these things can be twice as difficult, or even more than that! Anxiety getting to your head if you’re doing the right things, your ADHD making planning difficult, your autism making it tough to communicate, depression making your days difficult, or a physical disability getting in your way of accomplishing something… It sucks! Within disabiliTEA we want to open up the topic on a few things. Obviously, we want to shine the light on people that have a disability themselves. We want the world to hear their stories and learn, be it to a casting director who could possibly be listening, or even someone struggling with the same things. However, disabiliTEA is also more than open to people who want to learn. Maybe you yourself ARE a casting director, and you want tips on how to treat someone who, for example - has autism. A big disclaimer though is that every person has different needs, and all we do here is share personal experiences. So if you think that this is something for you, then we would love to see you join us whenever we go live!
