The Virtues Of Loss is the result of profound revelations, which came along a self-healing journey into the dark.  Bringing this down unders mix to life became a creative guide that helped us find a spark of light to navigate the path in trust once again. And so, we felt inspired to translate all the wisdom we learned into 5 hours of musical landscapes to spread that brightness to all those wounded hearts ready to embrace healing.   

We are ALL letting go of someone, something, or somewhere … most of the time, even letting go of an identity within ourselves. 

Let’s inspire each other by sharing our gifts as we navigate high tides. Raising the sail is not a one man’s job; we are in this together.

After witnessing the community’s overwhelming positive response to our latest down unders sets, we were inspired to create live journeys where the senses can be immersed into a poetic orchestra that soothes the nervous system while opening inner doors towards discovery and self-transformation. Madloch's 3rd Avenue welcomes Greek producer ThinkDeep for his label debut with the Burning Secrets EP. Based in Athens, ThinkDeep has been steadily building his reputation in the progressive house scene with carefully crafted productions that balance melody and depth. The EP features three originals, Burning Secrets, Fading, and Memory Lane, each highlighting his refined sense for groove and atmosphere.

Previously, ThinkDeep appeared on Future Avenue, where his music quickly caught attention, paving the way for this first outing on the parent label. His wider discography also includes releases on respected imprints such as Clubsonica Records, Audiolael Music, Stellar Black, Dopamine White, and Another Life Music, establishing him as a promising name to watch in the genre.

Gabriel Belmudes - When We Dip Radio #11 [08.4.17]

This is the soundtrack I made for the Psychedelic Breath session I did with the amazing Eva Kaczor at The Monastery Festival of The Gardens of Babylon. 

I can still see myself standing there, overlooking that beautiful big barn. This was for sure one of the most powerful musical experiences I have ever experienced on stage. Normally during my sets I have the tendency to fly. The music takes me away, energies rise, and I enter a state of flow where everything just happens naturally. This is a beautiful thing! What made this sound journey so different was that instead of flying I was feeling very grounded. This groundedness enabled me to really deeply experience this journey and it’s impact on us. Sharing this with so many people at the same time makes it so much stronger.   

It is crazy how something so fundamental to our lives, our breath, becomes such a powerful tool when used consciously. This technique is a shortcut to enter a sort of dreamy state in your brain, in which you are neither awake nor asleep: the theta state. This meditative state is the gateway to your creativity, learning and intuition, and it allows you to access the power of your unconscious mind.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is Eva Kaczor’s own mix of dynamic breathing techniques from ancient traditions and contemporary science fused with evocative electronic music sets, she creates in collaboration with artists such as Acid Pauli and Birds of Mind. Both, deep breathing as well as electronic music, have the power to alter your state of consciousness and let you access higher realms of awareness.

There are 11 cycles in the sound journey each cycle consisting of dynamic and relaxing sections. In the dynamic sections there is a deep beat you breathe intensely. The relaxing section is more ambient and you let your breath out and then finally hold it in before you enter the dynamic section of the new cycle. If you listen carefully you can hear a windchime/bell which indicates that the journey is moving into the next dynamic or relaxing section. Enjoy

The Amazon is burning. Its rich fauna and flora, as well as its indigenous people, are in danger. The Rainforest is vital for life on earth, and we need to see this crisis as a catalyst for action.   

This set was recorded live at Newspeak in Montreal, and was made with all my heart. The intention is to raise awareness toward the urgency of the fundamental changes we must undertake as a species. 

We need to rethink our relationship with the Earth: The Occidental way of life is certainly comfortable and sometimes makes us feel like anything is possible… But hidden from our eyes is a plethora of highly unsustainable practices that need to stop immediately.

The time is now.

After months without posting a DJ set, we're happy to share with you the last 90 minutes of the recording of our warmup for Mira (@mira_kater) & Chris Schwarzwälder (@shuffle), two of our favorite artists in their style.

It was a beautiful night. Packed dancefloor, smiles and people dancing. We had the best time playing.
