Over the past couple years, like many others, I've experienced the loss of numerous loved ones. In going through the grieving process, I've learned a lot about myself, love, life and death. This mix goes out to all those who are grieving, and is dedicated to the memory of Beijing, Nomi, Oslo, Ari and Danielle. May you all rise like phoenixes from the ashes.

Interoceptional

Although I got my first introduction to turntables 15 years ago, I just started building a serious collection and mixing about 5 years ago. I don’t like to label what I play; I just pick songs that I love and don’t hear played that often by others. Most of my current influences are European, including talented artists and DJs from Germany, Russia, Hungary, France, etc. When I started, I thought I’d just be a bedroom dj, but with the encouragement of supportive friends, I started playing out and have been happy to play at some great venues over the last few years.
