This is a piece I've recorded live on my acoustic piano in my living room this morning. I'm trying to bring acoustic instruments in my music and I'm experimenting with live recordings.

This piece is an improvisation about the feeling of anticipation in me when finally summer comes with its long evenings, its mild nights and hot days ... the air is laden with thousands of scents and I enjoy the view over my terrace with everyone Lying next to the flowers and bushes in a deck chair ... simply wonderful! 

Dieses Stück ist eine Improvisation über das Gefühl der Vorfreude in mir, wenn nun endlich der Sommer kommt mit seinen langen Abenden, seinen lauen Nächten und heißen Tagen... die Luft ist geschwängert mit abertausend Düften und ich genieße den Blick über meine Terrasse mit all den Blumen und Sträuchern im Liegestuhl liegend...einfach herrlich!

I used a Steinway Boston piano, a pair of Neumman TLM103 mics close to the piano and a pair of AKG c414's for the ambient sounds.

This track, blending classical violin with a rock arrangement, is about long distance relationships, and the longing feeling of living life apart. It was composed in Australia, and recorded / produced in Vietnam.
