Last year he completed a country-wide tour with Giraffage, from the strength of his Soundcloud alone. Today he releases his new single through us, the hypnotic ‘You Were Gone’, backed by the glistening multilayered composition of ‘The Map & The Territory’.
 
Scraper boards & hi hats side step between chattering children's voices, rough and woody drums, and a lush vocal from youngster Barksdale on 'You Were Gone’, a breathtaking piece of song writing, full of eastern guitar tones, warm and rugged sub bass; creeping rattlesnakes, and whirling bass tones, set to caress speakers, minds and hearts all across the planet on release..

Leon has been a force to be reckoned with for years, lending remix chops to bubbling US artists, putting his name to the only official remix of Willow Beats massive single 'Merewif', & a well stoked Soundcloud full of 3 years of sonic exploring, including last years outstanding 'Nature Strip' project, a beat suit that captured the attention of electronic music lovers everywhere.

His work has become a breathtaking exploration of the tone, soul, and heart that can come out of computer, coupled with physical inspiration from real world locations, and a magic touch for potent,  warm, constellation gazing dance music that sounds as large in a pair of headphones as they do in clubland. We’re incredibly excited about this one.
