Here’s a self-made Isochronic Tone track designed to help you fall asleep.  The advantage of Isochronic Tones is that they can easily be played through any quality speaker system. The better the speaker quality, the more effective the result will be.  If you’d like to try it out:  Simply lie down comfortably in bed at night, close your eyes, and start the track. Focus your attention on the sound. The isochronic tone is structured to guide you smoothly from an awake state into deep sleep. If it’s effective for you, you’ll fall asleep within 60 minutes.
