It was a chilly January day in Estes Park, Colorado when I noticed the sun struggling to shine through the cabin windows. It reminded me of how the mind sometimes has difficulty allowing  clear and warm thoughts to dissolve old and destructive patterns of thinking. The solution is, of course, to change the patterns for the better. It is comforting, though, to feel the support and trust of another human being which gives the space to do the self-work needed to heal.
