I finally finished this opus because I am an unconditional fan of Manga / Anime and especially Dragon Ball Z / DBZ. It's something that has rocked my childhood. I really wanted to do something special for that. Not just a simple remix. I wanted to create a real little homage around it. With both the songs that gave me the most and marked my personal touch on music. I made this a subtle mixture of the anime sounds and what i usually produce.

This is our first ever cover song. We know that Led Zeppelin is considered by many to be "untouchable" and that even attempting something like this could be offensive, wrong, whatever. But fuck it. Music is supposed to be fun, and making this was one of the most fun productions we've done. No Quarter is our favorite Zep tune, and that's probably because its one of the only songs in which they use a synth and some keyboards. Its a dark, intense, classic song with a crazy storyline and meaning. Apparently when it was first released it got terrible reviews from Rolling Stone and the other folks in the industry that "know what they're talking about," and maybe that's why we love it so much. Take a listen, let us know what you think, maybe you find it interesting, maybe you think we've butchered a classic... either way, we loved making it.

Here it comes! The first double a side single of the upcoming album DIRTY DANCING - the second full length of Bavarian bass music duo Schlachthofbronx on Disko B Records. Once again Jakob &amp; Bene prove their unique skills exploring all different kinds of club music and putting their signature stamp on it.

First track SLOWINE is probably not something you would have expected from Schlachthofbronx in the first place. Is it Techno Cumbia? Everything starts off very slow and dark, leading into a steadily moving low end monster of a track. Slow - but massive.

DICKIE RIDDIM features Jamaican vocalist WARRIOR QUEEN on a stripped down Dancehall beat, with explicit lyrics adding her part to the overall theme of the album: DIRTY DANCING. Schlachthofbronx are huge fans of her, or, speakin in their own words: "Flow is wicked. Dutty as fuck. Dance pon di dickie."

Africa is a hub for some of the most out there Hip-Hop and Sibot has been a huge staple in the scene. From from doing projects with Ninja (Die Antwoord) to Spoek mathabo and others to winning the SA Battle Championships in 2002 he's done it all.  Now see's his first jeffree with is a packed release with weird but catchy futuristic beats from the beathead genius. The title track "Magnet Jam" and "No Question" sound like Q-bert's "Wave Twisters"  for a new generation, weird spacey reverse suction beats for droids and punk robots.  The final track is like a lost tune from an unheard cantina band from Star Wars, its like future funk for midget aliens that dance on the bar tops for bit coins.  This said Sibot has clearly lost his mind, these are sounds you've never heard before that make you dance in unthought of ways.
