Is the “maybe pile” in the description dialogue a reference to Flowey is Not a Good Lifecoach?

I wonder if papyrus' battle sprite would have both of his arms to the side since his OW sprite is in his battle sprite pose in og UT...hmm...

It’s funny because they look the exact same than in undertale but are actually personality swapped
