Papyrus has the Delta Rune on his shoulder, meaning he is part of the Deltic religion. DELTIC, according to Google, stands for "Delay Time Compression". He is meant to slow down the human to keep the human from collapsing the timeline, meaning he is delaying time compression and creating the rabbit hole that is this comment

Fun facts:

- The majority of the song was finished in a single session on a whim
- The premise of the song has been in the works for about 3 or so months, but I could never quite get it right until now.
- Dance of bones is pretty cool you should play it when it comes out
- There will be an in-game version out pretty soon.

Sociovania has been a song I’ve long anticipated creating the definitive version of. After five straight years of trying over and over again I am glad that this development hell can finally come to an end. I’d love to thank Ava (https://www.tumblr.com/blog/sketchy-entertainer) for creating the art in the thumbnail, and @underrated_bag_boy for once again coming in clutch to edit the art for the thumbnail! Greetings. This is Charty.
YES, I hate "REANIMATION"! 
You have no idea how much I love Underswap, or rather - "Canonswap", and I wanted to make a suitable track in the style of "MEGALOVANIA" for a long time, using Papyrus motifs, associated melodies from the original game.
You could say that my version of Megalovania could have been in a real full Underswap fan game, or "If Toby Fox made Underswap".

Regardless, this was by far the most fun I've had making something in a while, I guess there's just something about Megalolazing I particularly enjoy or something.
Yes, B-Side v2 is indeed coming too, and yes, it's still going to be more Asgore heavy than A-Side. It's just gonna take a while since this one's burnt me out way more than it should have.
