Twisted Katt sees Ms Kitty join forces with Twisted Soul Collective for what can only be described as a ‘big fat as hell low slung funker’  that sweeps & swoops with a background stomp that will alert your crowd that is indeed ‘time to partttyyyyy!’.

Cosmic Bitch cranks up the sleeze-o-meter with its spike but damn effective looped up disco business complete with a bot of 303 acid squelch for added basement banging…roller-disco-acid-house, sign us up!

The words 'funk' and 'funky' are two of most over-used and wantonly misapplied in the entire musical lexicon, but rest assured they're employed entirely appropriately here! 'Funk Off' is an authentically fat n' squelchy, late 70s/early 80s-sounding affair, but with a modern twist - to contemporary ears, that bassline will recall both Daft Punk's 'Da Funk' and Basement Jaxx's 'Remedy'. 'Motherfunker' operates in similar territory, but with something of a Compass Point-like swing to the bass and topline hints of 'Ashes To Ashes'-era Bowie, while Tonbe provides a rerub of the latter that packs a heftier kick, presumably to enable smoother transition onto house floors.

Lets now give a warm welcome for the very first time to the outstanding German duo 'Rene Raabe & Biroll'. With previous releases on Suol, Henry Street Music and StoryAboutYou this talented pair arrive with four outstanding house-disco cuts perfect to enjoy the rest of the summer. 'I'm Sorry' hits the release as a deep-disco house gem with melancholic chords, lounge strings and sexy vocals. Right next to it 'Unity' brings a completely different taste with his afro-cuban grooves and latin pianos making it an exotic blend filled with fresh congas for the rhythm section. On the other side 'Turn Around' shows up with cheerful trumpet riffs, ice melting synths and samples a classic disco anthem ready to be played on the dancefloor. At last but not least 'Free' closes this amazing release with Hawaiian-ish guitar riffs, sexy disco vocals and a peaceful outstanding piano solo by master Biroll making it perfect to enjoy the sunsets.
