Die Synästhetischen Begegnungen führen Film-, Video- und Performance-KünstlerInnen mit Musik-Schaffenden zusammen. In der vierten Veranstaltung dieser Reihe begegnet ein Berliner Techno-Duo – zusammengesetzt aus Sidney Corbett und Mario Verandi – den beiden österreichischen FilmkünstlerInnen Dietmar Brehm und Sasha Pirker. Eine Reihe von atmosphärischen, kontemplativen, zum Teil auch stummen Arbeiten werden vom Duo an diesem Abend live vertont. Auf diese Weise werden Filme, die schon öfters projiziert wurden, andere Aspekte enthüllen, neu entdeckt/zelebriert und von den Musikern als visuelle Musik interpretiert.
