The second single from SYRCLES’s debut album ‘SuperNatural’ guides us into states of deep calm, and helps tap into the underlying roots of our sacred energies. An introspective journey via sonic textures and interloping instrumentation, providing a safe space to go further within, or zoom out to celestial levels. Otherworldly, mystical and transcendent, the single is another statement of intent for the new label Inner Gardens, a sanctuary for slow, intentional sounds, music for inner exploration and blissful
moments.

About the Artist:
SYRCLES met via an astrological portal, a cosmic moment only understood by the universe. Draped in garments that embrace “ceremonial music” their music is textural, abundant and a natural bridge between us, and our inner gardens. Sonic frequencies to remind us that music is the unseen thing which brings us all together.

About the Album:
SYRCLES’ debut album ‘SuperNatural’ aims to help us connect with the unknowable, using a sonic blend of acoustic instrumentation, field recordings and gentle melodies recorded at 432 Hz, the frequency of nature´s sacred geometry. Diverse in sound, this is an album with notes of classic guitar, the Kanun harp, wind instruments and piano that drift in around sound textures of moving waterways, whispering voices and subtle undertones of synth textures. 

Ever-shifting, intentional music to weave us back to the vital essence, an intimate listening experience and a statement first release for Scorpios’ new Inner Gardens label.

Your guide: Joep Mencke — breathwork facilitator, DJ, and music producer — has led sessions across the globe for the past three years. His mission is to make transformation accessible and help you integrate breathwork into your daily life. Every soundscape and melody in this session is composed by Joep, blending soothing textures and gentle rhythms to carry you deeper into the shift. Breathwork Instructions

This is a connected breath practice — no pause between inhale and exhale.
 • Inhale: Belly & chest expand
 • Exhale: Belly & chest fall
 • Breathing in: Mouth (more powerful) or nose (gentler)
 • Breathing out: Mouth
 • Each cycle includes dynamic breathing followed by two retentions (~45 sec after exhale, then ~45 sec after inhale).
 • You may feel tingling, changes in temperature, or mild muscle tension — these are normal effects of breathwork.
 • If overwhelmed, return to gentle breathing in and out through the nose.
 • Always listen to your body and never force anything.

If you have a history of psychosis or epileptic seizures, this practice is not for you.

If you are currently pregnant, please listen closely to your body. Only participate if it feels right for you — and do not perform or hold any of the breath retentions.
